Our meal service is booked on a termly basis, providing a structured and convenient approach to catering for your child.
We understand that circumstances may change. While we strive to be flexible, changes within the term cannot always be guaranteed.
For any absent days during the term, the food will be sent to the school and shared out amongst the rest of the students.
Payments can be conveniently made via card. Please note that a 5% transaction fee is applicable for card payments.
This fee helps cover the costs associated with card transactions and enables us to maintain the high quality of our service.
Fees should be paid 5 days in advance of the term's start. Late payments may be subject to a late payment fee and your child's delivery may be disrupted.
By making the booking, you confirm you have already communicated all known allergy or dietary requirements to V&Me and you understand the risk of cross contamination within our supply chain.
If any further allergies develop during your time with us, it is your responsibility to let us know as soon as possible.
Cancellations for the term must be received at least 10 days before the term starts. We can only accept cancellation within the term in extenuating circumstances, and can only be processed at least 30 days after the first delivery date. All meals during this period will need to be paid for.
You will need to pay for all the deliveries we make to your child's school or nursery. A £50 administrative fee will be applicable. This fee helps cover the administrative costs associated with managing changes and cancellations.
