Different fresh meals every day, designed to help your baby try more flavours, practise real textures and build confidence with proper food.

When I went back to work after my first maternity leave, I felt like my baby’s food was the thing that had to give.
I still wanted fresh, varied, nourishing meals for him - but I had less time and headspace to actually do it.
I started V&Me so parents wouldn’t have to choose between going back to work and keeping the same standard of food for their baby.
If you’re heading back to work soon, we’d love to help take some of the load off your plate.
Chinese braised beef. Tuscan tomato pasta. Ginger steamed chicken with pak choi.
The kind of variety most parents can't realistically cook from scratch every day - already portioned, already in the fridge.

The plan was variety. The reality is that going back to work means something has to give. We're here share the mental load and make healthy eating happen.
A lot of baby food is designed to be easy: smooth, sweet and simple to swallow. See how V&Me compares to other baby food on the market.

Designed to help babies practise managing real food textures
Proper meals adapted for babies, with texture they can learn from
Clear texture options, so you know what stage you are giving
Smooth, lumpy or bite-sized, matched to your baby’s stage

Often stays soft after freezing and reheating
Can offer some texture, but often becomes softer or wetter
You still need to judge whether the texture is right
Convenient, but not always designed to move texture forward

Usually smooth, squeezable and easy to swallow
Little chewing practice, especially when sucked straight from the pouch
Very easy to eat, which can be useful in an emergency but not ideal for development.
Convenient, but harder to know when your baby is ready for more texture
From Battersea to Hackney, families who care about what their babies eat have stopped trying to do it all themselves.
Four days a week is where most parents start. Pause, swap days or cancel any time - we don't lock you in.
Yes - you can pause your deliveries from your account any time. Holiday, illness, busy week - total flexibility to suit you.
You can pick smooth, lumpy, or bite-sized to start with, but you can change this at any time from your account.
Not sure? Start with smooth and move up if your baby seems ready for more. Our team can help if you're unsure.
Each day you selected you'll get two main meals and a smaller booster meal.
These can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days to be used at another time!
For variety, yes. It would be impossible to make roasted monkfish with Bombay potatoes, Cuban mojo chicken with black beans, and Baked seabass with jollof rice in the same week.
We want to expose your baby to as many flavours and dishes as possible to broaden their palate and prevent fussy eating during this key stage.
Every meal is cooked from scratch each day and delivered fresh. Nothing is frozen, pasteurised, or made in a factory. The difference is in texture, flavour, and the freshness you can actually see and smell when you open the box.
Each delivery day includes 2 meals + 1 booster.
