About this dish

No added salt or sugar

Flavour comes from herbs, spices and the ingredients themselves.

Our lasagne made without dairy keeps everything children love about the classic: soft pasta sheets, a rich tomato sauce and a creamy white layer, with none of the dairy. Red lentils slow-cooked in plum tomato and thyme replace the beef, and an oat milk white sauce with nutritional yeast gives it a cheesy flavour.

It comes with rosemary and thyme roasted carrots, and it is vegetarian and made without egg too. A great choice for little ones with a cow's milk allergy or families who eat plant-based.

How to choose a texture

Questions parents ask

Is this lasagne made without dairy?

Yes. Our lentil lasagne contains no milk, butter or cheese. The white sauce is made with oat milk and plant-based spread, and nutritional yeast gives the cheesy flavour.

How do I reheat this lasagne?

Microwave for 60 seconds (baby) or 90 seconds (toddler). For older children, reheat it uncovered in the oven at 180C for 15 minutes for a crispier top, adding the carrots for the final 3 minutes.

How do I make sure my child gets the version made without dairy?

Tell us about your child's dairy allergy when you sign up, or add it in your account. Whenever a main meal contains dairy, we send a version made without dairy.
