About this dish

No added salt or sugar

Flavour comes from herbs, spices and the ingredients themselves.

Our Bombay salmon is coated in toasted coriander, cumin, fennel and nigella seeds, which give it a warm, aromatic flavour without any chilli. We use Scottish salmon from Loch Duart, which reaches our kitchen in as little as 48 hours from harvest.

It comes with roasted potatoes and savoy cabbage, a familiar side that lets little ones explore the new spices at their own pace.

How to choose a texture

Questions parents ask

Is Bombay spiced salmon too spicy for babies?

No. Our Bombay spice mix uses aromatic seeds rather than chilli, so it is warm and fragrant but not hot. Babies from 7 months can enjoy it.

How do I reheat the Bombay salmon?

Microwave for 60 seconds (baby) or 90 seconds (toddler). For babies under 2, add a dash of oil, keep a lid on, and take the fish out after 45 seconds to avoid overcooking. Your account has alternative reheating for older children.

Is there a vegetarian version?

Yes. The vegetarian version uses Bombay spiced tofu with the same potatoes and cabbage. Both versions are dairy-free and egg-free.
